92 4runner won't start but cranks over

Just recently we had a cold spell tried to start our 1992 4 runner 3.0l and it turns over and refuses to start every now and then it will try to fire replaced plugs distributor cap and rotor button
spark is really strong from the coil to the distributor but from the the distributor to the plugs its a weak orange spark could it be the pickup coil in the distributor pls help?

Replace the plug wires. If you have a strong spark to the cap the distributor is fine. Think about it, the spark goes in to the center terminal of the cap, then goes through the rotor which distributes the spark to each terminal in the cap as it rotates. The only link left between the cap and plugs is the wires.
