I replaced the spark plugs, distribitor cap, wires and coil. I am tring to check the igniter but cant figure out how. There is 12v going to the igniter but only 1.8 going from the ignitor to the coil. Is this right? Also does anyone know what else could be wrong there is no spark and Ive check just about everything.Thanks
