921 bulb mod

i know this is about a honda element but its still a 921 reverse bulb, so i was wonder if any tech savvy members could tell me if the 4r housing & wiring could handle the heat since its only on a a few seconds at most. Backup Light Bulbs

That looks like a nice mod from 18w to 38W very good improvement for sure. I hope someone comes up with an answer for this question I am interested on this too.

For now chaz I have been looking at those Incandescent 21w that you suggested in another thread...I may order them ....they are cheap too.
