93 4runner engine stalls when I apply the brakes

Hi all,
I have a 93 6cyl 5 speed manual transmission with 116k on a re-built engine.
It's been parked for about a month, and I just fired it up today to get the juices flowing.
The battery's on it's' way out, so I had to jump it to get it going, but it fired right up and was running strong. As soon as I put the brake on, though, the thing dies. Every time.
Anybody ever have anything like this happen?

I would guess vacuum leak at the brake booster. Hopefully others with more experience will chime in, but that's where I would look.

Vacuum leak in booster is a definite possibility.
Bad battery could also be the problem, if the voltage is low the EFI ECM won't work right.

I also think there is a brake booster vacuum leak.
