94 4runner; cranks but wont fired up.

4runner sat for a week, now it start for a second, and then dies right away. I tried this for a few times. same results.
Fuel filter was replaced couple years ago. could it be something else?

i can't really give you any advise with out a little more info. tell us every thing you can

It sat for five days, cause I only use on weekend. I didn't have any problem prior to this. I tried starting it last Saturday, first it wouldn't turn over at all. Tried again after a few hours, Now it turns over but shuts off immidiately. Even with wide open throttle. Sounds like its not getting any fuel. fuel tank is lest than half full.

I'm not familiar with that part. Where is that located? Is it a replacable?

My first thought too....located behind the intake, and yes it can be replaced.

pick up a manual for replacment.

Turns out to be the fuel pump.
