94 Timing Belt

Hello, I am new to the board and am in the market for a 94-95 4Runner. I have my eye on a 94 that has 114,000 miles on it. It seems like a great deal except for the fact that the timing belt has not been replaced. Is this a deal breaking issue?

If it hasn't broke, just change the belt first thing when you take ownership.
