94 Timing Belt

Hello all, I am new to the board. I originally posted this in the general section, but thought this might be a more appropriate place to ask. I am looking into buying a 94 4Runner that has 114,000 miles. The timing belt has not been replaced and I am wondering if this is a deal breaker. When should it have been replaced and how much does the replacement run?

60k miles it should have been replaced so i would be leary.
