Don't know much about them. I've been push rod guy till now. Please bear with me. What I'm asking is about the nightmares I'm hearing on these headgasket leaks. I just bought this thing, Low mile? 165.looking at it from the front, I have alittle oil on the front right side, on front?, of my valve cap. This is just a leaky cap gasket right? Oils clean. No water, just smell it after a hard run. This is the only wet spot on the engine, has blown alittle onto the manifold. I tightened it, and it was alittle loose. I wouldn't think it was leaking loose. ???? So, I replace the what looks to be the easy side, valve cap gasket. and that should solve it? Or do these thinks heads leak from up top,front like this? To me it's the valve cap. Like I said, new toyota guy. No milk in oil, Runs good. Tightened & Cleaned spot, clean. Still smell it? Where do these thing normaly leak???
