I thought my alternator was making a noise, so I pre-emptively bought one off of ebay. While waiting for it to come, I found out that it was actually a bad harmonic balancer and that needed to be changed. So I did test both of them and they're both turning a little over 13 volts. I would like $45 for this, or something 4Runner related to trade.
