My rear bumper on my 1995 4Runner is rusted out completely. Does anyone know if you can replace the 95 with a newer model (say 1998/99)? I was told it changed after 95 but how much? It looks the same but it may be slightly different and not sure about the bolt set-up. I have the hole for the spare tire access so was just going to put a hole in the updated model. Hard to get the older models out here in hawaii that are not rusted.
