95 starts and then doesn't

My 95 starts but when i turn it off
it needs a half an hour or so to turn on again
sometimes when i give it a little gas it starts
I thought it was the spark plugs
but i didn't want to do anything without somebody else's opinion

I don't know a lot about that engine but I would check a few things: 1) Make sure the mass-airflow sensor is clean. 2) Learn how many temp sensors it has. It has the one for the gauge. It may have one in the intake tube and it may have yet a 3rd on the engine block. I'd make sure all of those were good.


I am assuming your confident that head gaskets aren't failing.
