got a 95 t100 6 cyl all of sudden it has no power I change the plugs the miss seams to be in the exhaust at least that's what I think at a idle sounds fine once its in gear and gives gas it loses power I was told the timing belt jumped any sugg.
You could start by checking to see if any error codes have been stored in the ECM.
95 should still be OBD-1 so a code scanner wouldn't be needed, just the short two terminals and count the CEL flashes.
