I think the third gen will always be my favorite. Just the cleanest line design and simple aesthetic for a truck. I'm too busy driving my giant minivan with fish gills to get one though.

That’s a real beauty. I need to find a 2nd gen like this one of these days. So retro and iconic.

Clean as hell, but its over $14k currently. Not sure i feel it's worth the $14k. Good chunk of change.

One of the pics shows a sale document. Hate to be the stalker, but if you google the address on it and look at the street view, you can see this 4Runner in a very sad state in the back yard of a rather sad looking home. It definitely had a major detail in 2017, which is when I assume the owner may have passed away. If cars could talk.

I mean it is possible for someone to own more then 1 30 year old truck, but sense they were in there 90's i highly doubt it. I'm assuming that is the same 4Runner.

Highly doubt that a 70 year old retired doctor was interested in hoarding 4Runners in hopes a a huge posthumous profit. These things were just baller AF back in the day, and if you had the cash you bought one.

Exactly what I expected. These things get a bad rep on 4wheeling forums because of the 3.0 and because a 3rd gen is simply a better performer in most aspects. What people are forgetting is that this is the original 4Runner.

Enclosed roof, 4 doors, V6. The 1st gen is not where the success came from.
