So if you had these installed, and removed...is the adhesive any good anymore?

I think if you tried removing these after sticking them down the you would just need some double sided tape to stick them again.

However, I personally think that if you tried removing these you would bend the hell out of the sills and they would look warped.

An easy way to remove would be with fishing line and pull it across, then get new 3m double sided tape and should be good.
