97 3.4 randomly died

Today I was driving back from work whe all of the sudden it dies. It happened while I was starting up a Hill. The code is p1300 which is the igniter circuit. It will start and run smoothly for a couple seconds, then die. I’m thinking it’s the igniter, the maf, or the iac. All the coils and spark plugs are relatively new, cleaned the throttle body and it has a new battery. Anybody have an idea of what I should replace first? It has run perfectly up until tonight
