97 3.4l v6, wont start

My 97 4ruuner 3.4l doesnt start. Did what I know (not much) and found a dead battery (fixed that) and a blown link fuse (fixed that). I also found nasty brown stuff in my radiator, flushed that out and replaced, but did not find antifreeze in my oil, so I was thinkin the headgasket is probably not the problem. This rig does sit alot, as school and work keep me from playing much these days. Now when I turn the key, it turns over strong, fan is turning, and it sounds like it is cranking good. Looking for tips and a list of things to do/check in best order to get it running. Thanks for your help.

Chk to see if you have spark. (unplug a sparkplug wire insert spark into wire and turn engine over, You should see healthy blue spark) No spark coud mean a bad fuse some where, bad CPS or Bad ECM.

If you have good spark, chk for fuel pressure. Crack one of tghe banyo fittings on the fuel rail. It should spray fuel al over the place. If it just drizzles out, then the fue pump, or fuel pump relay, fuse or ECM is bad.

Check all your fuses again. And if I remember right, there are no fusible links on the 4runner.
