So I was wondering why this thing has been so touchy and extremely bouncy and I think I found out why.
When they installed the front springs they installed the bilsteins at the highest level. So I have a way higher lift than I should in the front. :ak472:
Here's a quick picture of the springs on the shocks I forgot to mention they should be on the lowest setting.

what are the details?
Toytec front and rear coils
Bilstein 5100 front
Bilstein 5125 rear
265/75/17's with Stealth 6 wheels
I bought one, they didn't install it.
They also installed the bilstein 5100's in the front at the tallest perch with the 3" coils... So it's going back tomorrow to get fixed.
I think this is mostly the issue. Every speed bump and the suspension wants to rip itself from the truck haha
Driving it minimally until it's fixed

I found a thread on the toytec adjustable panhard bar yesterday, if you search for it, you can probably find it.
Anyways, from what I read, with the stock panhard bar mounts, the bar only needs to be adjusted something like 0.25" longer to recenter the axle. The panhard drop bracket, which relocates the mount down an inch, gets the panhard bar back to an angle that is close to stock, and also eliminates the need to lengthen the bar. So really, the only point of upgrading to an adjustable panhard bar is for the heim joints, which IMO is not worth the money.

Yeah I was reading a few of these last night. Seems like more of a thing people that do more serious off roading would need.
This is what I'm leaning more towards ... Maybe a drop bracket but for now repairing my pan hard mount in the first place.

Tomorrow the front coils get fixed since they put them on the highest setting :shocked:
It rides like crap. Super bouncy in the front and every speed bump is a nightmare. Can't wait to get it fixed.
I'm sorry, those welds look horrible. I don't believe you had your panhard mounts reinforced; if anything, they are weakened. It looks like you guys left the ABS line near the weld too. And look! There's a hole blown in the metal. Look how close that gap is to the bolt hole. I wouldn't be surprised if you had problems with that down the line.
Proper reinforcing involves gussets and cleaning the metal around the weld.
What made you decide to reinforce the mounts? I'm still running stock mounts and so do lots of people without any issues.
