My 97 SR5 which I've had since new is showing signs of age at 107,000 miles. I would appreciate some help from experieced owners on this forum in fixing some minor problems.
1. The driver side door-checker is busted and I have bought a new one and would like some pointers on how to install it. How to remove the door panel etc.
2. THe radio backlight bulb is burnt our and would like replace it.
In anticipation of other problems which might crop up I'd like to have the factory repair manual at hand, so I don't have to bother you good folks
The new one costs $133 and an additional $49 for the electrical manual. I was hoping to buy a used one on ebay but there aren't any there right now. I read some past threads here which talk about CD-ROM manuals which may be cheaper. Any help here in obtaining the factory manuals (I prefer them over Chilton's etc) will be greatly appreciated.
