97 T4R won't start in sub zero temps

Help! It got really cold this week here in the Rockies (20 below overnight) and my truck won't start. Battery seems strong and is a new Die Hard with 650CCA. It's turning the starter but just won't fire up. I've heard there could be an issue with the cold start injector valve? How do I check this?
Any other ideas?

Vehicle is parked outside with no block heater. It is a '97 3.4L 6 cyl.

How about something as simple as gas line freeze?
To check the CSI you have to pull it out and see if it sprays when you crank the engine.
