98 4runner Almost wants to stall at red lights

What's up fellas.

My truck has been acting up for a little while now. It seems randomly at red lights that when I left off the brake to hit the gas you can feel the truck almost stall, but it doesn't after I press the gas down further and start accelerating. I noticed it particularly does this after I've been driving around for at least 30-45 minutes.

Any ideas why this might be happening or what's wrong?

so is this only at red lights? not stop signs? not stop and go traffic?

My guess would be the spark plugs/wires. Very common problem lately in t4r.org

Spark plugs sounds like legitimate reason. And yeah, I really haven't noticed it anywhere but redlights or where I have to sit in one position for a length of time. Stop signs are kind of a just real quick stop, so I don't really ever feel it there. But thanks for the input fellas.
