98 4Runner climate control trouble

I have a 98 4 Runner which is becoming impossible to drive in the Summer. *First, a blower motor (located underneath the glove box) will not shut off, no matter how I turn the fan speed control. *Also, the air coming into the front floor (both sides) is hot, no matter how low I set the temperature control. *Engaging the A/C helps, but not much. *Anyone know what my problem is and how to fix? *

Disregard, and sorry

I feel like an a**. After all that diagnosing then wasting your time, I found the simple reason for my problem. The rear passenger seat of this (Limited) 4 Runner has separate heating controls. Unbeknownst to me, one of the kids I watch from time to time turned the rear fan high then set the temperature slide all the way to the right. That explains the blower noise, AND the heat coming into the front. Very sorry.
