98 4runner exhaust question

i own a 98 4runner (as the title suggests), and plan on putting on my own custom exhaust system. i would like to put on some short headers, 2 1/2'' pipe, and probably a flowmaster muffler. I'll probably keep it a single exhaust system as well. My question, can i do all that, without running into any problems with oxygen sensors or any type of sensor that may trip the computer?
