98 4runner prices

Hey mate,

ran into an used 4runner in my town and got a few questions..

is an 98 4runner white SR5 4x4 with moon roof..

it has 199k miles..

however though,

there are some blemishes

- dent in the rear tail gate
- antenna doesn't go down
- missing center cap


asking price of $4000..

what should I offer the person?
