98 Canadian Spec 4Runner Details

Hi all, I'm wondering, after a few months of owning my 4runner that there are a few differences between mine and others that i have seen. According to carfax my 4Runner was originally purchased in Washington and spend its previous life going between there and Texas. It ended up in CA where i am now. Is there any chance hat this 4Runner is different than others in CA?

And lastly, this is a 98 so I'm not sure if it came stock with DRL's but it has them.

What i wank to know is if this has been experienced by anyone before or i may be the only Canadian spec 4Runner in CA
