98 running boards on a 2002?

I got 98 toyota running boards for my 2002, do they fit? the undercarriges look the same but im not sure if the brackets on the body and arms line up.

Don't know if the 98' will fit but if you are anywhere near Raleigh NC I have a set of running boards off of my 2002 Sport Edition (black) that I'll sell ya.

I believe if they're both limited models, they should fit. Or, if the '98 is a limited and the '02 is the SR5 with the fat fender flares, they should fit as well.
