98 sr5--- FLIP OUT-

HEY ALL-
CAN anyone please tell me if you have had good or bad sucess with either flips outs or 2din dvd players- in the 98 gen 4runner

The dash looks like it wont handle a flip out doe to the shape-

Double din deck is what I would prefer for the 2nd and 3rd gen.
The single din screen I am not too sure about since you already mention about the way the audio din around the dash is too deep.

I say go for a double din deck.

i have the eclipse avn6620 double dinn. you can flip it out but you have to shift into drive.
