99' 3rd cylinder misfire

hey guys,

I've noticed recently that my check engine light is on and occasionally blinks.
My engine has also been shaky in low rpm's.

I ran a error code check on it and it turns out my 3rd cylinder is misfiring.
This is the first issue I've encountered with the truck and don't want to rush it into a mechanic if it's something I can fix.

Any suggestions on what I can do?

My mom had a similar issue recently on her '99 and it was initially narrowed down to a coil pack,spark plug or an injector and it turned out to be a faulty injector.
Back in October I had a coil pack go out so check those things first.
