99 4-runner dies

Got a 99 limited with 225k, and been having issues with it just stalling, after 20 or 30 minutes of running. The car will restart, but it hesitates when you hit the gas to take off, and usually dies again, after a few minutes. I have changed MAF,IAC, cleaned throttle body, new plugs wires, timing belt water pump, new o2 sensors, fuel pump, fuel filter pcv valve. Please Help!

It sounds like a fuel delivery issue to me. Does it run fine for those 20 minutes before it stalls. Good throttle response? Good power?

Maybe there's a kinked or clogged fuel line somewhere in the system.

This sounds like one of those questions that needs one of the more senior experienced DIY mechanics on the forum to give you some suggestions.

Did you replace the fuel pump with an OEM one? Was the fuel pressure ever checked after the install?

ECT going bad usually causes a very hard start. Not dieing when driving. Sounds like typical failing pump to me. So you installed a Toyota $300 fuel pump?

When it is running bad at idle. Smack the tank with a hammer or something and see if it comes alive. If it does it could be the connectors on the fuel pump sending unit.

I'd have to ask what the PSI is for the fuel pressure when it is dying.

I'd pull the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator and see if gas comes out or smells like fuel.

Like the fuel pump replacement, was the IAC Toyota? I'd check the wiring going to it along with all body grounds.
