I changed the spark plugs on the passenger side with ease. However, how do you guys go about changing the driver side?

Looks like a real pain. Any tips or step by step procedure?

Thanks.

Ill usually remove the small ground wire on the intake just to get it out of the way. Be careful pulling the plug wires out as they like to break. Loosen the plug wires from the timing cover to give yourself some slack for the rear plug. You do NOT need to remove the intake brace to get the last plug. Other than that be prepared to bust some knuckles since its your first time.

the one closest to the firewall is the most painful one to remove. you'd have to remove the vertical bar. also if i remember i had to take off that diagnostic box too. if you have beefy hands..it might be a PITA

yup I use 2 6" extensions as those are what I have available. right tool for the job makes life easy. Torque your spark plugs to 13-15 ft. lbs..
