ok hope the language isnt too much, but thats how i can explain it.. while driving it seems like my 4 runner has a fit about something for a few mins then runs normal.. when it happens it runs very rough, almost no power, boggs down, ect. if i smash the gas all the way down the rpms go up and i speed up then it bogs all the way down again.. only major probs iv had so far are o2's and cats. i cut the cats out a while back, pulled codes naturally.. went a year with the codes on.. i then replaced the cats and o2 sensors, codes finally went away. no other probs. did 15000 miles in a month, and accidently sank the truck in a water hole, had water about 6 inches on the floor, it never made it up to the shifter, but after that i started pulling codes again... p141 the second o2 sensor after the cat.. says circuit malfunction. iv checked the wiring and nothings wrong with it. any ideas? could these fits it has be from a faulty o2? thanks for any advice yall can give me.
