99 rear coils vs OME rear coils??

I am trying to stay on a tight budget lifting my truck a little and wanted some advice....I have a 98 4runner and I am getting some 881 coils for the front and I was just gonna get 99 stock coils for the rear....Will this look funny or will the 881 fronts match the 99 rears good???

Does anyone have any advice on how to keep a lift cheap as hell....

its mainly the parts...I was thinking of putting like a 3/4-1" inch body lift to A. lift it and B. replace the bushings for a better ride...Then I wanted to put the 99 rear coils, but I wanted to know if anyone has done that and iff the lift will be at least an inch....

So can someone tell me if the 99 coils will give me the 1" from stock 1998 coils I have now....

Also, will the OME 881 front coils look ok with the 1999 rear coils as far as being level??? thanks

I have put in a lift on my friends 4Runner and have lifted mine. You can do this with tools from auto zone. it was time consuming for a beginner but well worth the savings and you feel much better about it because you did it! Things to watch for- if your 4Runner has a lot of miles on it and you plan on putting bigger tires and rims on or just tires; plan on changing your front axles the added weight will put a lot of stress on them! They wont last long! My friend found out the hard way and so have many members on here. you can get stronger ones from Downey Toyota. save yourself some time and aggravation and replace them while you are already have everything off the front end. also seance you plan on doing it your self which is saving you a lot of money put some total chaos upper control arms in this will help reduce stress on the axles and ball joints and give you better suspension flex. also helps clear bigger tires and proper alignment. the last thing is you will need to get new shocks to accommodate the lift. Also you may want to get some new ball joints that connect the upper control arm (if you dont get better control arm) to the rest of the suspension. I know this sound like a lot and some parts are expensive. but believe me doing it right the first time will save you a lot more money in the long run and not leave you stranded somewhere or waiting for parts to come in because something broke when installing your new lift. if you search around you can find great deals on shocks Bilstien has a deal right now buy 3 get 4th free. any way the lift is always cheap but the unforeseen problems or miscellaneous parts that you need usually or parts that might break usually don't come with them. hope this helps and Dose not deter you from lifting your 4Runner Just trying to help you out so you will be happy with your lift and decision to do so:
