'99 rear wing-install kit no longer made?

Okay I have a 1999 SR5 and it never had the rear window deflector/wing that keeps the back glass free of dust. I went to the Yota dealer for the install template and threaded screw inserts so I could have it installed by my trusty mechanics at IRBIS OFF ROAD.

The dealership says this wing install kit is now discontinued-would anyone on the forum know how to obtain one? Perhaps some dealership somewhere has too many already in stock?

Any other suggestions? I have viewed after market offerings but rejected most as they cover up the Center High Mount Stop Light located atop the rear liftback.

I was able to get the wing and the mounting stanchions and screws, what I need is the template on where exactly to drill the holes on the liftgate.
I am mechanically inept myself- but as I understand it you tape the template to the liftgate to mark where to drill-insert the threaded inserts-so that the 2 or 4 screws have something to attach to, and then mount the wing.

My most excellent shop IRBIS OFF ROAD had plenty of wings laying around-seems most offroaders want theirs removed before they get damaged-I am not that hardcore of an offroader.
