99 Tacoma = 2000 4runner front end?

I've got a 99 Tacoma rolling chassis, steering 3rd, everything. Is it the same as my 2000 4runner? I'd like to take the Tacoma spindle off and replace the lower ball joints and remove the uppers. I've got a set of Cambergs on the way. So it would be nice to do some R&R to some stuff before the lift goes on. Plus I'd like to re-gear the front 3rd ahead of time. So any help would be appreciated.

The LBJ's and tie rods are not the same, but can be used on our 4runners. I believe the spindle is the same as long as it has ADD and the uppers are the same. The 3rd should be the same along as it has ADD as well.
