a big mistake

soooo, tonite i made a big mistake. i tried to do something on my own without looking it up on the forum. i tried to rip out the back sub panel without taking out the whole rear corner. i ripped out the top hlaf. i noticed there were plastic rivets but thought nothing of it, until i realized that i would need those to put the small panel back on. its half off right now. any suggestions?

If your removing the panel/amp/speaker for good, maybe you can order the cover from the Runner with the storage compartment instead of the amp. If not how bad are the rivets damaged? Can you use small screws at each rivet that was damaged?
