A Buzz then a TICK when Braking

The subject says it all.

When i break i hear a long Buzz sound then a kinda loudish Tick sound. It's random, not everytime i break.

It sounds like some system kicking in or something but i wonder why it's random, and happens even when i touch the break gently to come to stop so i don't think its the ABS.

It doesnt sound mechanical it sounds more electrical like some system starting up.

Is this normal?

I think i have bad breaks (bad disks) because i just bought it 3 months ago and when i touch the breaks to slow down it pulses.

Sounds like abs to me. You sure it's not? maybe bleed the brakes and see what happens.

Is the ABS trying to adjust the pressure when the warped rotors kick the pistons back into the calipers?
