A/C and dash problems

So as I was driving down the road yesterday my speedometer and all my other gauges stopped working. Also my A/C shut off. So I pulled off the road and shut it off. When I started it back up it it struggled to turn over and made a really loud squealing noise once it started. I got out of the car and I smelt this burnt rubber kind of smell. When I got home I changed the fuse, and started it again. It didn't make the squealing noise, but the dash worked for around 3 seconds and then it blows the fuse again. A/C still doesn't turn on and the fuses just keep getting blown.

well i would assume the squealing means that your belt has crapped out...

but as far as the gauges and all that not working... i have no idea.

Well I got the dash to work, but I can not turn the air compressor on or it will blow the fuse. I also just replaced the belts 4,000 miles ago, but they are really starting to squeak a lot now when I start it up. Could they already have gone bad?
