Last fall I had the recall service done on the a/c system. (1990 sr5) Everything worked fine.
Went to try to use the a/c this spring and the clutch on the pump won't engage. There is no power at that connection. I applied 12 volts to the clutch connection and it works so that tells me it isn't the clutch that is malfunctioning.
I've got power at the a/c fuse behind the glovebox(to the right of it). The switch in the dash lights up when you depress it.
At this point I'm stumped. It appears there may be quite a few other relays and sensors involved.
Is there anything you can point out that I might check? Thanks.
