We have a 2004 4 runner and 2 weeks ago wife notice the ac wasn't working on way to work said the led only showed the time, no temp, fan speed etc the blower wasn't blowing no air movement. When she started the vehicle to go home it was back on. Worked for 2 weeks and did the same and now wont come on just the clock no light flashing, checked fuses all good and swapped some relays nothing. If the battery is not charged fully could this cause this to not work I will take it to auto zone to see if battery is going out notice it idle a little rough and the traction light came on . Any suggestions

A weak battery can cause lots of problems, the various ECMs don't like low voltage.
Have your charging system checked.

Yes will try after work strange that the clock works but no temp reading fan speed no light on controls fan doesn't run at all I seen older models have relas and fuses behind the glove box will my 2004 have this as well .Thanks for the help
