a/c drainage line 1999 SR5

Hey, I'm new to the forum and recently purchased my first 4Runner, 1999 SR5. I have noticed that water is leaking from the vents under the center console. I was wondering if anyone knew how to access the drainage line.

It is outside on the firewall, passenger side, right below the L pressure access point for the AC system. Stick some trim line for weed eaters through the hole or better to used compressed air and blow out what is blocking the hole.
