A/C fuse blown

My A/C has quit working. When i push the A/C button the light doesn't come on anymore and the air is hot. I checked the fuse behind the glovebox and it was blown. I replaced it and it didn't last 5 minutes. I'm not sure if it is related but the first two fan levels have quit working in the last year leaving me with only the highest two fan levels to circulate air. I am not sure where to start.

The 2 problems are not related. The resistor module for the fan is going bad. It is located in the ductwork under the dash, pass side. Also, the fan is on another fuse.

The A/C fuse could be the compressor, A/C amplifier, even the Off/On switch itself.
