Mustangchris66........The TRD shift knobs are on ebay, but make sure you get the one that fits 4runners/lexus trucks. They have 2-versions and one is for Lexus cars (IS300) which will not fit.

Took maybe 20-minutes by myself because I had to lean it on the crushed cardboard box to get it in position and level it.
If I waited for a friend to help me it would have taken about 10-minutes, but I wanted it on right away
BTW......I have the Westin 6" round lights that go with the Bull Bar for sale in the for sale section. Brand new, still in the box.
