A/T Oil Temp Light and Battery light are on

Hi,

Immediately after I start the car both battery and A/T oil temp lights go on.
I checked all he belts but they seem to be tight enough, I also don't see or hear any belt slipping.
Also the level of A/T oil is good (checked with running warm engine)

Oh, and also the brake light is on, but that happens sometimes when its freezing outside.

Someone got on idea what to check?

Yes, I think I found out today what it was; the alternator is not charging (properly).

So immediately I started some googling and came across people having the same symptoms, and I read that you can change the brushes inside the alternator.

I even think I found the part nr.: TOYOTA Holder ASSY Alterna 27370 35060
If there's someone who can confirm this is indeed what I need for my 1992 3l. V6 4-runner, that would be great.
