A toy...

I have been cleaning out my room today and i came across a toy. This is a Hilux Surf that has a motor, AA batteries, a 4 wheel drive system and some oversized nobby meats. I got really excited and tried to get it to work but i realized that the metal contact that connects the two batteries together to turn the motor on is missing but i'll fab a little piece of metal. Oh yeah i got some pics, enjoy!

What kinda car is that in the background? HPI?

Nice Hilux Surf, I think that might fit onto my Kyosho Mini Z chassis

Very cool. I have that one too. I also have the Red Tamiya motorized 4WD, the one with the bigger tires. They come up on ebay from time to time.

Ron- I got it like 5 years ago and can't remember exactly where but it was a hobby store.

Clemsonfan- about 5 1/2" long, about 2 3/4" wide, and 2 1/2"tall.

Kelly- Yeah the car in the background is a HPI RS4, im really into R/C cars i got three more. Do you have a mini-z overland?

Legit, I used to be really into them, then I got a girlfriend, and now that I don't have one anymore, I wish I had my cars back haha...

I just have the normal Mini-Z, with stickier tires on aluminum rims, an upgraded motor, aluminum gear set, and higher compression shocks and springs. It used to be blue but I hit the walls so many times with it I decided to paint it black
