A week and outraged..

So over the summer I was in europe for 2 weeks went allover.. Long story short we left the runner at familys house and came back with a ..collapsed sunroof..? It wasnt shatered or anything no one knows what happened but its like someone jumped on it from the roof :shrug: Anyway i took it to shop last monday they said itll be ready in 2 days... well its been a week and still not ready and i call them daily asking.. Anyone have a clue what might be wrong with it? Im betting ill get it back next week i hope

what shop? Dealer? body shop? maybe the actual glass is in but the motor/cables or track are messed up.
