About to purchase 97 T4R limited 4x4, good price?

I'm very close to purchasing a 1997 Toyota 4Runner Limited 4x4 w/ 137K miles. It is fully loaded with every single option including the rear diff. locker. The price is $8995. I have already test drove it and rides very much like new, exterior is also in very good condition same with the interior. Seems like a good deal to my dad and me, what do you guys think? I'm I getting a good deal?

For a Limited with a locker and stuff that sounds like a good deal.

Go for it. i have a 97 4wd limited that i bought three years ago with 97k and now i'm up to 149k with little more than routine maintenance. Just be aware that your mileage is getting near the point where bigger things are probably going to start needing to be replaced.

I got a '97 SR5 4x4 with 82k for $7,700 if that helps.
