ABS Indicator Came On Today

I did a search but had no results. My ABS idiot light came on today, anybody been down this road? Any help is appreciated.

my ABS light usually comes on until my rig warms up and im driving for about 5 min idk why it happens but it does...try turning ur truck off while its in neutral and then turn it back on and see if that does anything. I wouldnt do this if there is a noticible problem with the brakes

Hi,

The reason searching for 'ABS' came up with no results is that the website Toyota-4Runner.org does not allow searches for strings of 3 or less characters.

This is fairly common on forums and the website is setup this way in order to keep the search function from using up too much of the servers performance capability. If you had been on a movies forum such as TehParadox you would also run into this issue if you tried to search for Mad Men.


SOLUTION:


Use google to search the forum directly. Google indexes every page on the forum daily (i assume daily).

1) open google

2) enter the text below exactly but searchword1 will of course be ABS; searchwordX is optional

3)

site:toyota-4Runner.org [I]searchword1 [/I]searchwordX

This trick works for most forums on the internet by the way.
