ABS light, VSC, etc. lights on.

So I just spent a lot of $$ replacing the Cats on my '04. The VSC light and Trac lights were on too, and that is normal when your cats are gone, as I read. But now they won't go off. The check engine light is off, and I started the truck more than 15 times, but they are still on. The ABS light came on the other day too, so could this be causing the other lights to stay on? I noticed a little pulsing during braking, so my front rotors are a little warped....??

does the pedal kick back at you? should be a little more than a pulsation when they are warped good.
also, you may have to try a few things to get rid of the lights. Try removing the battery connection for 15 min or so than start it up. also, as dumb as this sounds, try to make sure gas cap is on tight and normal, as this has been an issue with the vsc lights.
lastly, you can try and do a zero point calibration to rid yourself of those lights if in fact that are erroneous. There is a great thread with a pdf on how to do it, just do a search.
Lastly, i am having the same issue with the vsc lights being on, and it was diagnosed as a bad o2 sensor after my cat. There are 4 total on the rig, one on each side behind and in front of each cat. Did you pull any codes to see what it is?

Search on here for "zero point calibration" and try that. There's a thread showing how to do it. If that doesn't work, there's an issue somewhere else. Have you had any work/service done at all recently?

I don't know that this will help, but it's easy to do and is worth a shot.
