New cross member for the rear (transfer case) skid. Overall the man a fre skids have taken lots of abuse and I found the cross member was the weak link. It kept bending up and contacting the case or exhaust. So I had a fried weld one up, he's going to also start my rear bumper with spare tire swing out next week.

Are you going to leave your front bumper with the gap from the body lift? thats the only thing I dont like about my demello I was able to move it up so the gap was small but only have one bolt on each side instead of 2. I was thinking about making a plate to move the bumper up and still use 2 bolts on each side

The plan is to cut off the factory flanges and connect the frame ends with a piece of 1/4 inch steel with gusets and drill newsletter holes for 3/4 inch hardware at the correct height. I want it to be bomb proof
