AC Hot on Drivers side, Cold passenger side

2005 Toyota v6 sport-AC blows hot air on drivers side and cold air on passenger side. I can feel a change in the hot side when moving temp to extreme hot & cold. Not sure if problem is in the cabin or under the hood. Sounds wacky but any suggestions?

More than likely it is a blend door problem...More than likely a bad blend door motor.

First check that you aren't low on freon. If you aren't there may be a problem inside the evap box.
