AC lights don't turn on HAlp

Welp looks like the middle AC controls don't light up or the Temp Reading screen area. YOu guys know which fuse is for that instrument cluster I'm guessing it's a bad fuse, Also the lighter plug in things don';t work I also think it's a ****ty fuse. which one is for which?

wow thanks alot I think you nailed the problem on the head. Now I need to go get the parts and do this all by my self. any DIY on how to removed ac controls?
